High chromium alloy hammer

High chromium alloy wear-resistant hammer heads — Cr20Mn2 and Cr26Mn2. Through-hardened to HRC 58–62. Service life 5–8× that of standard forged hammers in low-impact, high-abrasion applications.

Used in hammer crushers at cement plants, rock crushing facilities, coal gangue processing, and brick factories. Suited to feed sizes under 300 mm: limestone, clinker, non-ferrous ores.
